Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for every aspect of your store. You will be the driving force behind your team ensuring they deliver the highest level of customer service and store standards. Whether you choose to work in one of our Convenience stores or Newsagents you will be responsible for building relationships within the local community. We are looking for results driven retail managers with excellent communication skills, a hands on management approach and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Deputy

As a Deputy, you will be required to undertake all management tasks including cash handling, stock management leading the store team whilst delivering first class customer service at all times. Coupled with this you will assume full responsibility of the store in the Managers absence.

Post Office Counter Manager

As a Post Office Counter Manager you will have full accountability for the Post Office. Key to this is providing first class customer service whilst encouraging staff to actively promote the latest products and services available. You will also be required to ensure all weekly cash figures are balanced according to company guidelines.

Post Office Deputy Counter Manager

As a Post Office Deputy Counter Manager you will assume full responsibility for the operation of the Post Office in the Manager's absence. Key to this is providing first class customer service whilst encouraging staff to actively promote the latest products and services available.

Retail Relief Manager

As a Retail Relief Manager you will be required to travel to various locations to provide full management cover. This position requires extensive travelling for which a company car will be provided; some overnight stays may also be required. You will have full accountability for every aspect of the store and will be the driving force that ensures the success of your team in delivering the highest level of customer service and store standards.

Retail Area Manager

As a Retail Area Manager you will actively ensure the branches across your area comply with our high standards of customer service and retail operations.

This role will see you making regular structured visits to monitor everything from store standards, stock control and security to profit and loss. Taking a hands on approach throughout, you will coach, challenge, motivate and support your store teams. These roles are about development and performance management, so you will need to be a strong leader with the ability to bring out the best in others. Previous multi site management experience is required.

Post Office Area Manager

As a Post Office Area Manager you will be required to lead and motivate a team of Post Office and Relief Managers. You will actively ensure our Post Offices operate to the highest possible standards of profit and customer service.

Your main responsibilities will be to work to agreed budgets and ensure that all KPI's are met, promote a sales environment by encouraging staff to promote products, ensure all paperwork is accurate and investigate any discrepancies. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and training of all new staff.

Retail Project Coordinator

As a Retail Project Coordinator you will be required to work alongside our in-store teams and various shop fit contractors to implement various merchandising projects such as simple facelifts that can really make an impact on the presentation of our stores. There will be strict deadlines to meet as well as stock management, ordering, merchandising and pricing responsibilities whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the stores. This position comes with a company car as extensive travel and some overnight stays will be required.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of the first class level of customer service that our customers have come to expect. You will also be required to undertake various management tasks including cash handling, stock management and staff management. Coupled with this you will assume full responsibility for the operation of the store in the Manager's absence.

Post Office Counter Clerk

As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for the delivery of the first class level of customer service that our customers have come to expect. You will also be required to build and develop sales by ensuring that our customers are kept informed of the latest products and services available from the Post Office.
