• What are your opening times?

  As our McColl’s, Martin’s and RS McColl stores are local shops they offer different opening times to suit their communities. Please click on ‘Find Your Nearest Store’ at the top of our webpage and enter the town or postcode you require. Click on ‘Store Info’ for the full opening hours for that specific store.

• What services do you offer in-store?

• What are your Post Office opening times?

  As the largest operator of Post Offices in the UK, we run around 600 in-store counters/branches. Please click on ‘Find Your Nearest Store’ at the top of our webpage and enter the town or postcode you require. Click on ‘Store Info’ to see if your store operates a Post Office service. Please contact the store direct for full Post office opening hours.

• What products do you offer in-store?

  Our stores cater for a wide variety of customer needs, offering essential food and groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, ready meals and freshly prepared food to go products.

• Do you have your own range of products?

  We offer a best in class ‘own label’ range of fresh and frozen food as well as everyday essentials through the Safeway brand from Morrisons.

• How can I pay my newspaper account?

  Your news account can be paid online.

  Please select Pay News Delivery option which is located at the top of the page.

  Please enter your news account number which can be located on the top left hand side of your bill. We only accept Visa or Mastercard. We will also require an email address to send confirmation the transaction has been successful.

  Paying online pays the account up to the last Saturday, the online system updates every Sunday morning. If you wish to pay in advance you can via BACS. If you pay with vouchers, these will need to be taken to your store. The balance amount for delivery charge and other publications can be paid in-store or via BACS following the details below:

• Where can I get help understanding my newspaper bill?

  Please contact the store which delivers the newspapers to you directly. Otherwise, you can contact Customer Services on 01277 376 374 or email cservice@mccolls.co.uk

• Do you have a loyalty card?

  We do not have a loyalty card but we have a Newsletter which will keep you up to date with our offers and competitions. If you scroll to the bottom of the page on our website and enter your details on ‘Never Miss a Thing’ you will start to receive our Newsletters via email. You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

• How do I make a charity or sponsorship request?

  Please contact your local McColl’s store directly and they will advise you if they can assist you in your request.

• Can I advertise a local community or charity event in the store?

  Please contact your local McColl’s store directly and they will advise you if they can assist you in your request.

• Can I place an advert in the store?

  If your local store has an advert board they can display postcard size adverts. Please contact your local McColl’s store directly to see if they have this service and associated costs to advertise.

• Do you stock Gluten free products?

  A number of our stores stock gluten free products. Please contact your local McColl’s store directly for further details.

• Do you stock Vegan products?

   A number of our stores stock vegan products. Please contact your local McColl’s store directly for further details.

• How can I work for McColl’s?

  If you select Careers at the bottom of the page this will allow you to search our current positions.

• How can I become a news deliverer?

  If you contact your local store they will confirm they deliver newspapers and advise you if they have any vacancies.

• How do I obtain a reference request for an ex-employee?
