This homemade ranch dressing recipe is fast, easy to make, healthy, and tastes so much better than the store-bought variety.
125ml mayonnaise
60ml sour cream, or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped finely or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped (or 1/2 tablespoon dried chives)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
185ml whole milk
1) In a medium sized bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and all of the seasonings.
2) Whisk in the milk until smooth.
3) Serve this dressing immediately, or for best flavour chill for 2 hours before serving.
This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
