This Greek-style chilled coffee, made with sweetened Nescafé and topped with vanilla ice cream is the perfect way to get your caffeine fix on a hot summer’s day.


1 heaped tsp Nescafé instant coffee

1 heaped tsp sugar

50ml milk

300ml water

A scoop of vanilla ice cream


1) Make a cup of coffee by combining the Nescafé, sugar and milk with boiling water. Leave to cool, then transfer to the fridge to chill. (Alternatively, combine the coffee powder, sugar, milk and water with a handful of ice cubes in a food processor.)

2) When you’re ready to serve, pour over ice into a tall glass, then top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
