These barbecued fruit kebabs make for a tasty treat & they couldn't be easier to make. Kids can also get involved once the chopping is done and help to make their very own vitamin packed kebabs.
Serve with home-made strawberry ice cream
1 large banana, thickly sliced
175g strawberries, larger ones halved
1 mango, peeled, stoned and cut into cubes
1 peach, stoned and cut into wedges
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and quartered
2 tbsp chocolate dessert sauce
1) Tread the fruit onto 4 skewers (soak the skewers in water first). Cook on a preheated barbecue for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fruits start to caramelise slightly.
2) Serve immediately, drizzled with the chocolate sauce.
