This mint and dill salad dressing recipe is refreshing, delicious and easy to make! It goes really well with grilled salmon or trout.
250ml plain low-fat yogurt or Greek yoghurt
65ml olive oil
60g mint, chopped
30g dill, chopped
Pinch salt and pepper
1) In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dill, mint, shallot, salt, and pepper together until combined.
Alternatively, place into a screw lid jar and shake until mixed together.
