The sun's out, which must mean it's Pimm's o'clock and with these beauties in your freezer, you’ll be ready any time.

Ingredients

150ml Pimm's No1 Cup

400ml lemonade (flat is best)

16 strawberries

8 cucumber slices

8 segments of orange

Method

1) Mix the Pimm's and lemonade. Set aside while you prepare your fruit. Hull and halve the strawberries. Halve each cucumber slice to create 16 semi-circles. Peel each orange segment and chop into 1cm chunks.

2) Divide the strawberry, orange and cucumber between the lolly moulds or plastic cups and top up each with the Pimm's mixture. Add a lolly stick to each mould and transfer to the freezer to set for at least 3 hours, or overnight.

3) Dip the moulds brie­fly in hot water before carefully removing the lollies.
