This comforting staple can be on the table in half an hour and there’s only one pan to wash up afterwards.
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
Sausages – 8 of your choice
Onion – 1 chopped
Carrots – 2 chopped
Baked beans – 2 x 415g tins
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce – 1 tbsp
Light muscovado sugar – 1 tbsp
1) Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages until browned.
2) Remove the sausages and then fry the onion and carrots until soft (about 10 minutes).
3) Return the sausages to the pan along with all the other ingredients.
4) Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
