Tomato Salsa

This salsa recipe is a real crowd pleaser – fresh, healthy, low-fat and made in just 5 minutes. Enjoy with corn chips.
Ingredients
1 glove of garlic, very finely chopped
1 medium onion, very finely chopped
3 large tomatoes, very finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Pinch of salt and pepper
Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder for extra punch
Method
Mix all together and enjoy.
Tip: For best results, leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
