This makes a fun alternative to an Easter egg or a perfect gift.
3 x 200g bars milk chocolate
80g chopped walnuts, raisins or mini marshmallow pieces or a mix of all three
1) Break the chocolate into a large heatproof bowl. Bring a pan of water to a simmer, then sit the bowl on top. The water must not touch the bottom of the bowl. Let the chocolate slowly melt, stirring now and again with a spatula.
2) Meanwhile, lightly grease then line a 23x33cm roasting tin or baking tray with baking parchment. When the chocolate is smooth, pour it into the tin. Tip the tin from side to side to level out the chocolate.
3) Scatter with the chopped nuts, dried fruit or marshmallow
Optional: drizzle melted white chocolate on top for a marble effect.
