Cranberry Fizz

This classic cocktail goes by a few names – it’s also called a Bay Breeze, a Downeaster and a Hawaiian Sea Breeze. But whatever you call it, it’s a tropical-tasting, fun fizz that’s just the thing to bring a little sparkle to a special occasion.
Ingredients
50ml vodka
75ml cranberry juice
75ml pineapple juice
Lime to garnish
Method
1) Fill up a highball glass with plenty of ice. Add the vodka, then top with the cranberry juice, followed by the pineapple juice.
2) Serve garnished with a wedge of lime and, if you’re feeling fancy, a chunk of fresh pineapple, a cocktail umbrella and a swizzle stick.
