A refreshing and alcohol-free mojito is perfect for when you need to keep a clear head but fancy something a bit more exciting than plain juice or water. You can also serve different flavoured mojitos, like blueberry or strawberry.
1 tablespoon of sugar
Small bunch of mint
Grind 1 tablespoon of sugar with a small bunch of mint in a pestle and mortar (or use a bowl and rolling pin), squeeze three limes and split the juice and mint mix between two glasses, then top up with soda water. Serve, sip and relax.
